Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lovely website and services ("Service") operated by Lovely ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Lovely provides curated lists of newly formed businesses sourced from publicly available state filings, organized for use by commercial insurance professionals and other B2B prospecting teams.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

Lovely offers a 14-day free trial that includes up to 25 lead views and 1 CSV export. After the trial ends — or once the lead or export cap is reached — continued access to the curated dataset and additional exports requires a paid subscription.

Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access to the live curated dataset stops the day you cancel. We offer prorated refunds within 30 days of any charge — request via hello@golovely.io and we'll refund the unused portion of your billing period. After 30 days you can still cancel to stop future billing. Leads you have already saved or exported during a paid period remain accessible to you.

Compliance: Lovely data is provided for B2B prospecting. You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call registries, CAN-SPAM, and any state-level marketing laws when contacting leads sourced from the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or use Lovely data in violation of any law, including applicable Do-Not-Call, anti-spam, and data-privacy regulations. Lovely does not authorize use of the data for unsolicited bulk email marketing.

5. Data Source & Accuracy

Lovely sources information from public Secretary of State filings and other public records. While we curate and enrich this data, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, branding, and curated compilations, is owned by Lovely and protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
